The location was convenient for exploring local bars and cafés. The hotel has a classy, modern vibe. The bar area offered quality drinks and service. The duty manager provided a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary.
I had to pay extra for parking even though I stayed in a junior suite.

The beautiful double room is large, giving me space to move. It includes a mini fridge, champagne glasses, and a monsoon shower. There is a freestanding bath. The room also contains plenty of storage.

A Birthday Gift to Remember

My birthday gift included the five course tasting menu with wine. The reception was friendly and cute. Our room on the top floor featured a twin bath bathroom upstairs with sofa and television. Fine views of the river added magic to the stay. Harry's wine knowledge impressed us. He made the night special for us both. I plan to return soon.
Breakfast service was slow. Getting a coffee felt challenging at times.

The hotel offers a five-course meal with matching wines. Main door security is provided. You can access the hotel with a key fob. The restaurant features excellent attention to detail and presentation for all meals.

The hotel is within walking distance of the quayside. It allows for amazing views of the Sage Glasshouse and Tyne Bridge. Good walks were accessible along the quayside, a little hilly walk into the city centre.

Our top floor suite contained a twin bath bathroom, upstairs. The room had a sofa and a television. Room temperature control was good and quiet. The room decor was top quality. Facilities were excellent.
